You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account and use mineph services. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines and is strictly enforced without exception.
During registration and at any subsequent time, mineph reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to: Philippine national ID (PhilSys), Philippine passport, Philippine driver's license, UMID, or other PAGCOR-approved identity documents.
If mineph determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any winnings obtained. mineph may report underage gaming attempts to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
mineph services are intended for residents of the Philippines and persons physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account access. Users accessing mineph from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. mineph is not responsible for User compliance with local gaming laws outside the Philippines.
Each User is permitted to hold only one account with mineph. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account. Providing false or misleading information, including but not limited to false identity documents or falsified personal details, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mineph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify mineph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. mineph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may not allow any other person to access or use your mineph account. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials, selling account access, or otherwise permitting third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
All deposits made to your mineph account must originate from payment sources registered in your own legal name and funded by your own legitimate financial resources. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or funds of dubious origin are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential account suspension.
mineph reserves the right to request documentation verifying your ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. This may include bank statements, GCash/Maya account verification screenshots, utility bills, or other proof of ownership. Failure to provide requested verification within the timeframe specified by mineph may result in transaction delays or account restrictions.
mineph operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. We employ transaction monitoring systems designed to detect suspicious activity. Transactions that trigger AML alerts will be subject to enhanced due diligence, and mineph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction, freeze account funds, and report suspicious activity to Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification prior to processing. mineph reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Standard withdrawal processing times are stated on the mineph platform, but mineph reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
mineph imposes minimum and maximum transaction limits for deposits and withdrawals. These limits are specified on the platform and may vary by payment method. mineph reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by mineph are subject to specific terms and conditions that are binding upon acceptance. By opting in to any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to comply with all stated requirements including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotional offer and vary by bonus type.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of wagers toward requirements, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% to 20%). mineph reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using payment method chargebacks after receiving bonuses, collusive play with other Users, and exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage.
All games offered on the mineph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by mineph, the User, or any third party. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.
Each game on mineph has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage representing the proportion of total wagers that the game is designed to pay back to players over an extended period. RTP rates are displayed in game information screens and are certified by game providers. Actual individual results will vary and may differ significantly from theoretical RTP over short playing sessions.
Users are prohibited from employing unfair play strategies including but not limited to: collusion with other players in poker or live casino games; use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of game software errors or malfunctions; and any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation intended to gain unfair advantage.
In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, server error, or software failure, all affected game rounds are void, and all wagers are refunded to User accounts. mineph is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of affected wagers.

mineph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, underage gaming, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification.
If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, mineph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, void pending bets, and withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms Terms violations, mineph may retain funds as compensation for damages. If the investigation clears you of wrongdoing, legitimate withdrawable balances will be returned.
You may request closure of your mineph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses will be cancelled, and you will be permitted to withdraw your legitimate account balance after completion of any required verification procedures. Account closure is permanent and irreversible.
All content on the mineph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of mineph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the mineph platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the mineph platform without express written permission from mineph.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, mineph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the mineph services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
mineph's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the mineph services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your mineph account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and mineph, you agree to first attempt resolution through mineph's internal customer support channels. Contact customer support with a detailed description of your dispute, and mineph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
If you are dissatisfied with mineph's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaints procedure. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, mineph is subject to PAGCOR oversight and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or dispute adjudication process.
mineph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will become effective immediately upon posting to the mineph website. Your continued use of mineph services following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using mineph services and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
